What we sell

OliveHeart sells dietary supplements. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on our site is medical advice. Talk with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.

Product facts such as ingredients, serving size and origin are printed on the label. If the label and the website ever disagree, the label wins.

Pricing and bundles

Prices are in US dollars and shown before shipping. The current bundle options are:

• Shipping is $4.95 per order, free on the Ceylon Cinnamon Buy 3 Get 2 Free bundle and the Lymphatic Drainage Drops Buy 3, Get 2 FREE bundle. Sales tax is not currently collected; if that changes it will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Refill subscription — how it works

Every order includes refills by default. When you buy, you start a refill subscription for the bundle you chose, at the same price you paid today. The line "Refills Ship Every 30 Days · Stop or Cancel Anytime" appears under the buy button whenever refills are on, and the refill terms — what recurs, how much, when next, how to stop — are repeated in your order confirmation and in every refill email, so you always know what you are agreeing to.

Refills ship every 30 days by default. You can choose every 2 or every 3 months instead, before you buy or at any time afterwards.

Each refill is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, on the day the refill is due, at the price of your bundle plus shipping if it applies. We email you before each refill charge so you have time to skip or make changes.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum number of refills and no cancellation fee.

Skipping, pausing, changing and cancelling

You are in control of your refills. From your account page — reached from the "Manage my order" link in every email we send — you can skip the next refill, pause for a while, change the frequency, change your bundle, update your card or address, or cancel outright. Cancelling takes one link and one confirmation, from your account or from any email we send; we never make you call or explain.

If you prefer, email support@oliveheart.co with the word "cancel" and we will do it for you the same business day and confirm by email.

Changes made before a refill has been charged take effect immediately. If a refill has already been charged when you cancel, that shipment is covered by the money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

Orders, payment and fulfilment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your payment method for the order and, unless you cancel, for each refill on the schedule you chose.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or stock. If that happens you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the guarantee window of your first order — 90 days for Ceylon Cinnamon, 30 days for Lymphatic Drainage Drops — email us for a full refund of that order. The details, including what is covered and how to claim, are in our Refund Policy.

Your account

You sign in with a secure link sent to your email address — there is no password to remember. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for actions taken through links sent to it.

Health and safety

Use the product only as directed on the label. Stop and consult your doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Statements on this site about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OliveHeart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes to how billing works will be sent to active subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to receive refills after that means you accept the change.
