Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact and shipping details: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number if you give it, so we can deliver your order and reach you about it.
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive a token, the card brand and the last four digits — never the full card number.
• Order and subscription history: what you bought, when refills are due, and any changes you make.
• Support messages you send us, so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Usage data: pages viewed, buttons tapped and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters or a click id), collected with analytics tools so we can understand what works and fix what does not.

How we use it

• To process orders and refills, ship products and send order, shipping and refill emails (these are service emails and are sent to every customer).
• To answer support requests and honour the money-back guarantee.
• To measure and improve our advertising. We may share a hashed version of your email or the fact that a purchase happened with the advertising platform that showed you the ad, so it can measure results. This does not include your card details.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in (for example through the footer sign-up). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing never affects order or refill emails.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit what they may do with your data: payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), analytics (PostHog), advertising measurement (Meta), and the warehouse or carrier that ships your order. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, remember which link brought you here, keep you signed in, and measure ads. Some browsers block these; the store still works, though you may need to sign in again or rebuild your cart.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing support@oliveheart.co from the address on your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message, and you can cancel your refills at any time from your account page.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honour those requests regardless of location.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
