Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes with some carriers; if your address is a PO box and there is a problem, we will contact you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, free on the Ceylon Cinnamon Buy 3 Get 2 Free bundle and the Lymphatic Drainage Drops Buy 3, Get 2 FREE bundle. The cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Refill orders are charged the same shipping as your original bundle.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after that; Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier delays happen.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Refill orders ship on their scheduled date and get the same tracking email.

Address changes

Moving? Update your shipping address from your account page before your next refill ships. If an order is already on its way, email support@oliveheart.co and we will do what the carrier allows.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building first, then email us — we will replace it. Damaged parcels are replaced or refunded under our Refund Policy.
